If you want to go back and forth to a nice city for a day, you consider a destination near to home. Your first thoughts might go out to the Netherlands, but you might get to Antwerp faster than Groningen. Or perhaps Oberhausen is around the corner when compared to The Hague. Going abroad is not as far away as you may think. And there is so much to do! From Amsterdam Centraal travel time is less than 2.5 hours.
Antwerp is the destination across the border for culture, architecture, fashion and shopping. When you exit the station, you can immediately enjoy those pleasant little streets full of beautiful shops and museums or perhaps the zoo is at the top of your list.
